We want you to feel reassured that we are still here to provide exceptional care to your pets and support you as a pet owner. We have been working to develop a way to continue to offer Veterinary care when your pet needs it without compromising your safety during this difficult time.
Our video consultations offer a really simple way to show our Vets your concerns about your pet. We can observe the symptoms or injuries of your animal and discuss how we can treat them as well as giving you Veterinary advice and answering any questions you might have. We can prescribe medications and treatments, that can be collected or delivered, based on our Video Consultation assessments.
If, following our assessment, we feel that your pet requires hands-on treatment or care we can make arrangements for this.
Please be aware that severe injury or illness emergencies can be treated by our Peterborough team in person but, due to the current situation, physical contact treatment is best avoided and all emergencies will be assessed over the phone before you attend our centres.
VideoVet in 3 Easy Steps
When you have booked your consultation we send you a link via email. Please read the attached instructions. At your appointment time; click the link on your Mobile device or tablet to see the Vet.
You can explain your concern and the Vet will direct you to show us your pet with your camera so we can observe and assess.
Once we have seen your pet we can discuss recommendations and treatment and arrange any medications that may be necessary or, in some cases, arrange for your pet to be admitted for further treatment.
Our video consultations will be charged at £34.95. Although there are certain physical observations we cannot perform, we will be offering the same experience, care and knowledge to keep your pet healthy and happy. Video Consultations will have provide the added benefit of seeing your pet in their home environment, reducing their stress, and allowing us to see more natural behaviour. Our Video Consultations can also be recorded, with your permission, to be added to your pets records which will be valuable for reference in future appointments should an illness require ongoing care.

It is not our preference to perform examinations remotely but it allows us to provide support and care to our clients and patients whist adhering to the rules and guidelines set out by the Government and authorities to protect the health & well-being of everyone in society.
